Dr. Eleazar is one of the owners of Match Fit performance in NYC. She received her DPT from NYU and is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports (SCS) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS). She has also served on the performance/medical teams of various sports organizations, including the Brooklyn Nets.
